Welcome to Devisadero Cabin! Tucked in a small, wooded neighborhood, it is the perfect quiet retreat for a couple or a small family seeking a dog-friendly stay.

The main living area features a warm, inviting atmosphere with a seasonal gas fireplace (available October 1st to April 1st), a Smart TV for streaming, and an arcade game system for entertainment.

The main bedroom has a comfortable king bed and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Your private back deck is the perfect spot to unwind in the bubbling hot tub. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the forest views.

DETAILS

Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking. We may also request a government-issued ID to complete the booking process.
Security: For your protection, a security camera is located at the exterior entrance of the property.
Amenities: A starter supply of essentials (trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper) is provided; you may need to purchase more for your stay. All linens and towels (including beach towels) are included.
Dog-Friendly Property: Up to 2 dogs welcome with an additional fee of $75 per dog (automatically applied if pup(s) added to reservation). Dogs must be at least one year old, house-trained, and fully vaccinated. Please be aware that while our home is professionally cleaned, there may be some lingering dog hair or dander. If anyone in your group has dog allergies, this may not be a suitable cabin for you.
Wildlife: Bears are common in the area. They are wild animals and should never be approached. Please secure all food items indoors and always lock your car and cabin doors.
Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we do not offer refunds for situations beyond our control unless the home itself is uninhabitable.

We aim to provide our guests with privacy and a seamless stay. There is no on-site staff. However, we are available to assist you daily from 9 AM to 6 PM EST via the messaging platform. We do our best to respond to messages after hours for urgent matters.

Guests will have private access to the entire cabin. You'll enjoy a seamless and convenient self-check-in experience. We will send a message with detailed instructions and your unique door code three days before your arrival. Check-in is available any time after 4 PM.

HOUSE RULES

- We do not allow parties, drugs, or smoking on the property.
- Maximum of 4 people.
- Must be 21 to stay (children w/ guardians allowed)
- Neighborhood quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM
- No fires allowed (including candles)
- Due to the open loft style of the bedroom, children must always be supervised when upstairs
- Maximum of 2 vehicles (RVs/ boats are not permitted) – please inquire before booking if you are bringing a trailer so we can help assess if it will fit!
- While this cabin is NOT located on steep mountain roads, the last 200ft of the neighborhood road is loose gravel/dirt and we do recommend AWD/4WD when visiting the area in the winter months

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
